Apart from happiness and Health Benefits, sports provide number of benefits such as neurological Benefits, psychological Benefit and improved Social Skill. Also it helps in building friendship among pupils, improving problem solving skills, instilling core values and make them better learners. Considering the importance of Sports in students‘ life and for their overall development, every year the college conducts sports day and students are encouraged to actively participate in it.
